With the Beltline in its backyard, you’re just a hop, skip, or bike-ride away from Atlanta's best restaurants, breweries, and people-watching.

Developers have poured large investments into upgrading Poncey-Highland, so you’ll find many abandoned buildings turned into dynamic restaurants and 1920’s cottage homes flipped in value towards $1 million. This area has seen quite the revitalization, but the history remains and is still a selling point for many visitors.
