I like living here a lot but would have lived elsewhere had I known the amenities were going to be so bad (moved from Michigan, and did not get a chance to tour in person). The price for the status of the apartment amenities is entirely not worth it when there are so many competing high rises.

What did you like most?

The actual unit itself is very nice - spacious, generally clean, good appliances, etc.

What did you like least?

The AMENITIES - a pool is advertised on the website and in the lease but it has not been filled in at all. The gym is extremely tiny with very little equipment (like, there aren't even yoga mats). Also, there are SO many cockroaches here.

Neighborhood

Energetic · Fit · Artistic · Trendy · Historic

This lively neighborhood invites outdoor enthusiasts and major history buffs alike. The historical aspect of this neighborhood is a large draw, as Old Fourth Ward is the birthplace of Martin Luther King Jr.

You’ll find museums and Victorian homes that provide a sense of what life was really like in that era. Revamping the neighborhood has been a goal in recent years and because of this, Old Fourth Ward is growing in many ways. Proximity to the Beltline and new parks have created growth and inspired activity in the community.

Residents are now able to travel throughout Atlanta with ease, and the Historic Fourth Ward Park provides a space where locals can picnic, sunbathe, or enjoy outdoor yoga. Many of Atlanta’s most renowned dining options can be found in this neighborhood, so be ready to explore the best food the city has to offer.

This neighborhood is highly central. It borders Downtown to the west, Midtown to the north, and Virginia Highlands to the east. Plus, to the east it borders the quaint neighborhoods of Poncey Highland and Inman Park.
