Camden Midtown Atlanta: Urban Apartment Living in the Heart of the City

Camden Midtown Atlanta delivers a distinctive blend of city living with modern comforts, positioned at the crossroads of Atlanta’s energy, culture, and convenience.

Prime Atlanta Location

Camden Midtown Atlanta is situated at 265 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, a prime spot just four blocks from Peachtree Street and within easy reach of major destinations like Coca-Cola, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State University. The community boasts a walk score of 89, making it easy for residents to access Midtown’s best restaurants, shops, Piedmont Park, and the Fox Theatre on foot. Public transit is also convenient, with a MARTA bus stop right outside and a MARTA train station just five blocks away. Nearby major interstates and four of Atlanta’s leading hospitals further enhance the location’s appeal.

Apartment Living with Two Distinct Finishes

Camden Midtown Atlanta offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with two types of stylish finishes: modern and traditional. Modern apartments feature white cabinetry, granite countertops, and white subway tile backsplash, while traditional apartments are outfitted with espresso cabinetry, granite countertops, and tile backsplash. Every residence includes hardwood-style flooring, open-concept living, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and oversized walk-in closets. Select floor plans, such as the Grant and Midtown, include flexible den/study spaces, while the Brave, Chastain, and Lenox offer built-in desks—ideal for home offices. Unique lofts with spiral staircases and mezzanine levels provide additional versatility.

Upscale Amenities for Modern Living

The community is packed with resort-inspired amenities, including a saltwater swimming pool with sundeck, a grilling courtyard with outdoor grills, and a 24-hour fitness center with the latest yoga, cardio, and free weight equipment. Covered and gated parking garages offer convenience and security. Residents can take advantage of a business center, clubroom, conference and meeting rooms, concierge services, and Wi-Fi in common areas. The property is designed for sustainability and convenience, with recycling, online rent payment, and valet trash services available.

Enhanced Services and Community Events

Camden Midtown Atlanta rounds out the living experience with 24-hour emergency maintenance, housekeeping, assigned storage, and a concierge for resident needs. The community offers live video, self-guided, and in-person tours for convenience. Unique programs include a furniture rental discount through a local provider and an Airbnb-friendly policy, allowing residents to host guests for up to 90 days per year (subject to local laws).

Historic Charm Meets Modern Living

A piece of history sets Camden Midtown Atlanta apart. The original Gladstone Apartment Building, dating from the early 1900s, includes authentic hardwood floors, large open rooms, and even a sunroom—offering a rare touch of vintage character within the newer, larger complex. Some apartments feature exposed, painted brick walls, blending historic charm with contemporary finishes.

With dual interior finishes, generous amenities, and proximity to Atlanta’s landmarks, this community is crafted for residents who want it all without compromise.

People in the community are not always respectful about noise after hours or following COVID-19 rules that our residence has imposed. Amenities are fine.
What did you like most?
Affordability for the location, layout of the apartment, dog friendly community.
What did you like least?
Parking. Parking for building 1 is nearly impossible. The overflow parking lot has regular break-ins and management takes no responsibility or effort to improve the situation.
