It has been disappointing. The apartment looks nice but unfortunately, it has been far from great! I have not been able to completely settle bc of the maintenance being in and out of my apartment. Little communication on when resolution is coming on sealing the holes in the ceiling and replacing the baseboards. Gate has been down since move-in.
What did you like most?
I love the spacious kitchen and open living room concepts. Very modern and spacious!
What did you like least?
The amount of water leaks I have had in less than a month. They have not sealed the holes in the ceiling nor replaced my base boards.
Parking is horrible at night unless you live in the buildings in the back of the complex. Expect to walk or have to park outside of the gate, if you get home at night.
The gate has been down for months so gate codes do not work.
