This would be an excellent place to stay if it were not for certain things that I’m not sure I can attribute to poor management (the ones who work in this particular building). The dog park isn’t properly maintained by other tenants and when I brought up this concern they said that they were obligated to clean the dog park several times a day on their own which they still have not done. My key did not work for the first 2 weeks were here. The first day I moved in i didn’t have water but it was fixed the next evening. They seem to be understaffed here so nothing gets done but I always received emails with regards to what we’re not supposed to do which suspiciously involves them losing money from not having day passes. There is a definite college population here and you can definitely tell on the weekends. I know i have lot of complaints but I dont hate this place, I just wish things had gone smoother without having to complain. I think building staff is very nice and professional. I honestly think its an issue of it being a new building, lack of staff and/or issues regarding COVID.
What did you like most?
It has a lot of workspace if you need to use it. The design of the rooms are also very modern and dont get in your way too much.
What did you like least?
Dog park is never properly cleaned even after they affirmed to me that they would clean it several times a day.

Neighborhood
Located just south of downtown, the famous Music Row is where musicians who are trying to make it big in Nashville might choose to live. Music Row is known for its beautiful old brick buildings that now host a variety of condominiums and businesses.
What streets are Music Row on exactly? The row is actually composed of two streets: 16th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South.
A particularly appealing aspect of living near Music Row is its close proximity to Downtown, Centennial Park, and Hillsboro Village (a trendy area with shops and restaurants.) Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and the historic Belcourt Theater— which at one time housed the Grand Ole Opry— are all within walking distance.
While Nashville continues to grow, so does Music Row and the surrounding area. There is a huge push to preserve the history and character of this area. This explosive growth has transformed neighborhoods near Music Row, like the Gulch and Midtown, the latter of which has seen a 176 percent jump in property values since 2010, according to the Tennessean. As the row is really just businesses with a few homes sprinkled in between, there are more housing opportunities in the Vanderbilt/Hillsboro Village area.
