Located just south of downtown, the famous Music Row is where musicians who are trying to make it big in Nashville might choose to live. Music Row is known for its beautiful old brick buildings that now host a variety of condominiums and businesses.

Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and the historic Belcourt Theater— which at one time housed the Grand Ole Opry— are all within walking distance.
While Nashville continues to grow, so does Music Row and the surrounding area. There is a huge push to preserve the history and character of this area.
