Great experience, they make it easy to live there. Really high end place that we were able to get for a lower price because of how long it was on the market for. Great location and great building.

Doormen are extremely friendly and open the door for you every time. Unit is very nice and well maintained. Great balcony.

What did you like least?

Elevators are a bit on the slower side and the exercise room can use an update.

It's a condo building, not an apartment building so it definitely has a different feel. Most of the people who live there own their unit, with a small percentage renting from individual owners. Slightly older crowd / lots of young families. Minimal amenities (small gym only). Management is good and helpful. Renting varies by who your landlord is I would assume. Mine is pretty good.

What did you like most?

Great space, quiet for a busy area, nice balcony, in unit washer dryer

What did you like least?

it's a condo, so if something breaks you have to go through your landlord and not an apartment management company.
