It's great but there are too many people that seem like students or just started their career

What did you like most?

The greenery, management, quiet, privacy. It's nice to have a green courtyard in the middle of the city

What did you like least?

Some annoying partying neighbors .laundry rooms instead of having washer and dryer in unit Garbage areas are clean but still look dirty Some of the fixtures are still from the 90s Carpets in living room and dining room linolŽum floor in kitchen

River North Park Overview and Highlights

River North Park is an old construction (1987), full-amenity rental building in the heart of River North. Older building, but a great value for the neighborhood. No in-unit laundry, but in a very good location for the price. Walkable to bars and restaurants.

What Occupants Love

Excellent nightlife scene. Expansive and tasty dining options. Social/friendly residents. Well maintained. Doormen/superintendents go above and beyond.

What Occupants Love Less

River North

If you want an energized urban experience, River North Chicago is the neighborhood for you. Its unique blend of commerce, housing, and tourism makes it one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Chicago. Most River North residences are glass or brick high rises, and a smaller portion of residents live in converted warehouse lofts. If you’re a local, River North doesn’t offer as much communal or park space as other neighborhoods, but pet lovers still take advantage of the neighborhood’s pet-friendly buildings and river views. If walkable streets are a must, check out Gold Coast or Fulton River District.

With easy access to Chicagoland highways (I-90/94 and Lakeshore Drive), CTA Brown Line and Red Line, and The Loop (within walking distance), commuting from River North is usually a breeze… unless you’re driving during rush hour.

If you live in Chicago and like to stay out late, River North is probably where you’ll end up. With clubs like Tao, bars like Bub City, Three Dots, and Dash, as well as music venues like Howl at the Moon and The Redhead Piano Bar— River North is a party every night of the week.
