Overview

Parc Huron is a new construction rental building in northwest River North. Unique amenities including an underground spa and wine cellar. Very large, well laid-out floor plans. Originally built as condos which means soundproofing, floors, counters, and appliances are higher quality. Does not have a pool or true deck space. Many residents stay for multiple years.

Overall, Park Huron is great and I would recommend to others. Extremely pet friendly so not the building for anyone that's not a fan of ALL kinds of dogs.

What did you like most?

Love the floor to ceiling windows and views, it's location and the door and maintenance staff are great. We have a 2BR plus den which is hard to find.

What did you like least?

The elevator wait times during move ins/outs. The non-freight elevator gets overworked and can have issues. Our unit is right near the elevator and took a while to get used to the constant elevator "dings" from inside the unit.

Terrific! What do you like most: Management, building amenities, neighborhood, etc. What do you like least: A little further from transit and a grocery store, but understand that's the price you pay for having the quiet neighborhood feel.

Awesome building in a quieter part of River North. Units are great.
