Great building with more professionals than young adults. Located conveniently to Ogilvie and Union Station. One of the best aspects is the jewel across the street. Easy access to expressway and lower wacker to get to LSD.
This is a private condo building where I owned the unit. About 20-25% of the units are rented out. What did you like: Easy walk to the loop and Randolph street. Conveniently located to everything downtown. What did you like less: The neighborhood is a bit more industrial and filled with high-rises, would love to see the neighborhood continue to think through more trees, etc.
