My unit has a great overall layout and wonderful amenities including dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closet in the bedroom, granite counter-tops, etc.

The amenities.

What did you like least?

Pricey but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, well maintained common areas, and very attentive door staff and maintenance. Garage is attached and there is so much to do in the area.

What did you like most?

Pool is amazing in the summer. Doesn't get too rowdy - not a big party but very enjoyable. Awesome views, clean, and great pool staff.

What did you like least?

Rent - It's not a cheap building and after a year, they increase it enough that makes you consider whether to stay again.
