Phenomenal building with great service and management. Much better than my experiences in doorman buildings in NYC.

Hubbard Place is an amazing apartment rental building. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the 9th floor deck/pool is great. All the amenities are top of the line and brand new. Great location because it's near the river north bar scene and East Bank Club.

What did you like most?

Being able to walk to my office in the West Loop/being next to the East Bank Club. The pool deck.

What did you like least?

The maintenance staff can take a long time to answer a request to fix something. Elevator wait times are sometimes terrible.
