Been a very pleasant experience living here overall. Amenities are great and the quality of the apartments is also very good. Size of the apartments is lacking as well as cabinet space. Neighborhood has really expanded in the 4 years we've been here. Management has been friendly but very forgetful to requests and inquiries we've made. Maintenance staff is awesome.

What did you like most?

Amenities, laid back tenants, location, quality of the building's interiors and apartments interiors

What did you like least?

Size of the apartments, cost of rent, internet connection, cell phone reception.

Very good experience. Staff knows you and is very helpful. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Guest Suite is a nice extra. Biggest downside is small / sometimes crowded gym.

Never had any problems - love the location. Just re-signed a lease for 15 more months.

What did you like most?

Great area; right next to grocery store, and no more than 5-10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants and clubs in the city.

What did you like least?

A select few staff members can be a bit frustrating, but the number of fantastic bend-over-backwards staff far outweigh the negative.
