Very high quality building and can't best the location. Amenities are also very well done.
What did you like most?
Outside of location, amenities. Small but quality and people actually use them and socialize with each other.

Building is nice and brand new. Neighborhood is great. Price is high for minimal square footage. Pool is on the east side of the building so you lose sun around 12:30 PM. Elevators were terrible. Terrible.
What did you like most?
Top floor lounge offers incredible views. Friends often commented on the views. Doormen were friendly. Nest thermostat in units were sweet.
What did you like least?
Elevators, elevators, elevators. There is no freight/moving elevator. Only two elevators period. So if someone is moving in or out, only one elevator works for the entire building. Plan on getting very comfortable with the lobby because you will be waiting there frequently. Pool is very poorly planned. Six chairs total and sun is gone by 12:30 because the pool is on the east side of the building.
