This is a weird questionnaire. I feel like it's clearly geared towards trying to get a feel for rental properties and various neighborhoods, and there's an underlying assumption that you're envisioning large rental complexes. Neither of which is applicable in my situation -- i own my home and am in a small complex. ...But you never asked if i rent or own. Feel like you need some additional screening questions upfront to make sure you're including the right people in your survey, or at least so that you can properly segment/analyze on the tail end when you're going through your data. That being said, to answer your question, i would describe my experience as positive.
What did you like most?
i love our home - love the space, love that we have a 2-car garage, a deck, love the neighborhood - lots to do right nearby, but doesn't feel crowded or cramped (not sure how this will change when Google moves in down the street...)
What did you like least?
i hate the builder who built our complex. he cheaped out on a lot of stuff (quality of the windows, quality of the HVAC system, bad storage/layout in the kitchen), and everything is getting right to the age now where it's crapping out, even though the building isn't really all that old (about 13 years). So we've had a number of surprise expenses over the past year, that one wouldn't normally expect in a building that age.

Fulton River District is one of the fastest-growing residential areas in Chicago. Close to River North and The Loop, the neighborhood was once home to Chicago’s transportation and warehouse industries. Here, you’ll now find a mix of re-purposed lofts and high-rise apartments just north of West Loop and West Loop Gate. Since this neighborhood was originally used for industrial purposes, residents won’t find much greenery in this area. However, there are extensive restaurant options and easy access to grocery stores.

The Fulton River District neighborhood is home to many Chicago favorites, including Blommer Chocolate Factory (so expect the faint smell of chocolate from time to time). The offices of Fulton Market and The Loop are only a short walk away, and many residents live here for an easy commute.
