I loved this building and the area was perfect for me. However, I owned the gym in the lower level of the building which made it VERY convenient and probably contributed to how much I liked the building. What do you like most: The rent I got was very reasonable for the neighborhood and I loved being RIGHT downtown in River North. The parking was also included with my unit which was outstanding and a very nice garage compared to many. What did you like least: Little to zero amenities.

Loft building-surrounded by art dealers and architecture/furniture stores in River North. No neighborhood feel but convenient walk to metra (union and olgive) and brown line.
