It’s been a solid ‘good’ so far, but I feel like I have high standards. The elevator definitely is tough and is used often, with waits a majority of the time- thankfully only 4 floors so not too crazy. The move in process was a bit confusing. The staff was concerning at first with the way they handled the water leak situation with the doors- it’s being fixed next week but nearly 4 months is kind of crazy for a fix. The staff is great- super kind and responsive. Overall I’m pretty happy but I am nervous about rent increase when the lease renews.

The entire vibe, the layout, the price, the perks
What did you like least?
Biker bar not too far, close to loud streets, not super walkable
