It's a nice building but the woman in charge of the community is very rude and not a pleasant person to interact with. That plus their weird control issues makes me really dislike the management company.
What did you like most?
I really like the unit. It's nice and spacious. The mountain view is amazing!
What did you like least?
I don't love the management company. They've handled the pandemic in a very controlling manner and the amenities are basically off limits currently outside of office hours. I also heard that if you have a partner who doesnt live in the building but stays over frequently that they have to pay a FEE to stay over, even if they have a lease elsewhere and clearly do not live there. That level of control is very offputting and creeps me out that they monitor for this on the cameras.

Jefferson Park Denver is gaining attention after years of being overshadowed by its bordering neighborhood Lower Highlands (or LoHi for short). Locals and tourists alike are flocking to this neighborhood as new eateries, cocktail lounges, and residential buildings are being built.
The Jefferson Park neighborhood is still transforming and molding into its own character as more people and businesses move to this area. With a number of new developments popping up in the last few years, this neighborhood is quickly becoming a trendy spot to eat, drink, and play. You can find locals enjoying the local breweries and coffee shops that are sprinkled throughout the tree-lined streets.
Residents love to jog and picnic in the area’s namesake greenspace, Jefferson Park. With the ultra-chic LoHi on one side and the recreational oasis of Sloan’s Lake on the other, there’s never a shortage of things to do in this neighborhood.
Jefferson Park has gained interest recently for its proximity to downtown Denver and small-town welcoming feel. This area's charm and location attract renters who want to live near urban conveniences without the associated price tag. As this area continues to gain even more popularity, Jefferson Park will see a rise in dining, drinking, and shopping options— as well as the cost of living.
