Overall good so far! The noise issue has been bothersome since I work from home, but those tenants are leaving so hopefully that resolves it
What did you like most?
Modern design, insulated, valet trash, big bathroom and closet
What did you like least?
Soundproofing. Have had to file several noise complaints

My overall experience has been a good experience. I am liking the location and the overall exterior and interior of the complex are in good condition. The security measures taken allows me to have an increased feeling of added security that promotes a good night's rest and peace of mind.
What did you like most?
I like the space and price point. The quick access to surrounding shops and eateries is most excellent
What did you like least?
Management does not seem to be very attentive to some things. It is not a huge problem but issues surrounding the tenant could be more of a priority

It isn't ideal we pay a premium for amenities we can't use due to COVID restrictions. If not for that and neighbours getting upset for noise complaints during the day (we're all home due to COVID and floors), I'd give this place 5 stars overall.
What did you like most?
Pet friendly building, mostly friendly neighbours, spacious, and temperature is pretty good on the top floor. Barely need to have the heat on during the cold.
What did you like least?
Sound-proofing - floors are wooden so sound carries to neighbours below. Pro tip: get area rugs. They help dampen the noise some.

West Highland is easily one of Denver’s most in-demand neighborhoods. For such a small area (about 1 square mile), it is bursting with things to do. Enjoy Denver’s 300+ days of sunshine by strolling down 32nd Ave or Tennyson Street. Here you can window shop, pop into vibrant restaurants, or sneak in that midday caffeine break at a locally owned coffee shop. Exploring West Highland’s independently owned boutiques, bookstores, spas, and coffee shops is a colorful adventure that will never get old.
The West Highland neighborhood is a very dog-friendly area (even for Denver). Most shops, patios, and homes are pet-friendly. Plus, the sidewalks and plentiful green space make it easy for pups to get in their exercise. Residential options are vast and varied: From Victorian masterpieces and 1920s bungalows to ultra-modern townhomes and brand new apartment complexes. If you enjoy this neighborhood but want to be closer to downtown, check out neighboring LoHi.
Even though residents have everything they need in their own backyard— Sloan’s Lake is just a stone’s throw away, and the thrills of LoDo are equally close by.
Hogshead Brewery (cask English ales), Burrito Giant, Matador (delicious street-style tacos), Mondo Vino (interesting wine selection and dog friendly), walking the labyrinth in the old Elitch’s carousel house, shows at the old Elitch’s theater.
