Good! Management is great, everything is new and nice. People that live here are awesome.

What did you like most?

Quality apartment with a great view. Lots of younger people. Good location

What did you like least?

A lot of homeless around. The rules around the hot tub hours/guests suck. People have had things stolen. Not as walkable as other places.

Over all pretty good. Management is great. Maintenances fast to fix any issues and is very nice and polite. Biggest issues is you can hear everything in the apartment. Dogs barking down the hall, people just walking to their units, etc. Also the dog pee.

What did you like most?

Excellent appliances in the apartment. Really nice countertops in the kitchen and bathroom.

What did you like least?

You can hear everything in the hall. Also, everyone lets their dogs pee right outside of door so you literall have to walk through dog pee to take our dog out for a walk.

Neighborhood

Skip ahead:

One of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, Five Points, boasts a diverse history dating back to the pre-Capitol Hill era. Previously known for a short time as the “Harlem of the West,” Five Points has hosted many famous jazz musicians throughout the years. Today, this neighborhood sprawls east of downtown and provides suburban relief from skyscrapers and high-rises.

Efforts to renew and revitalize the area are well underway, but this neighborhood is going through a less rapid renovation than its artsy sister-hood, RiNo. Nonetheless, acclaimed concert halls, cozy watering holes, and decadent eateries make Five Points a cultural hub of Denver.

Unlike the neighboring Central Business District, this area has always been predominantly residential. Victorian homes of the 1900s still stand, many of which have been renovated or converted into duplexes. Although this area contains mostly single-family homes, a few residential complexes have sprung up in recent years along Welton Street. Five Points boasts reasonable rent prices, plentiful transportation, and tons of places to become a regular.
