Fairly good. I'd still like a bit more of a comprehensive move-in experience, since I was a little lost as to where to park at first which is stressful at night with a full car of valuable packed items.

What did you like most?

Great view, huge windows, proximity to downtown

What did you like least?

Management company was changing while I moved in, which made for a lot of confusion and difficulty parking

What did you like least?

Blinds - very light in the morning

Neighborhood

Skip ahead:

One of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, Five Points, boasts a diverse history dating back to the pre-Capitol Hill era. Previously known for a short time as the “Harlem of the West,” Five Points has hosted many famous jazz musicians throughout the years. Today, this neighborhood sprawls east of downtown and provides suburban relief from skyscrapers and high-rises.

Efforts to renew and revitalize the area are well underway, but this neighborhood is going through a less rapid renovation than its artsy sister-hood, RiNo. Nonetheless, acclaimed concert halls, cozy watering holes, and decadent eateries make Five Points a cultural hub of Denver.

Unlike the neighboring Central Business District, this area has always been predominantly residential. Victorian homes of the 1900s still stand, many of which have been renovated or converted into duplexes. Although this area contains mostly single-family homes, a few residential complexes have sprung up in recent years along Welton Street. Five Points boasts reasonable rent prices, plentiful transportation, and tons of places to become a regular.
