Moved In Apr 2025
It’s been okay // great facility, poor management
What did you like most?
Great amenities, relaxing environment
What did you like least?
Communication of management is available — but they’re unprofessional [in a negligent way] to communicate inconveniences. An example of this is when I moved in they asked me day of if I am bringing items then waited to when they were handing my keys over to tell me the only elevator on the property was broken. Another example is with our lockers right now I think they meant to have a portal on if you receive a package [non-amazon] residents can receive access through a code. However that’s not the case — when calling management they were just like “yeah we’re working with Amazon on it”, with no follow up to “but if you have a package in there here’s what we can do”. The way they engage makes you feel like you’re having to manage the situation yourself versus them being troubleshooters which is a fair expectation to have of a management for a property. You end up having to be like “so what do I do in the meantime” and/or “when should I receive an update”. They come off friendly but I can’t tell if they don’t care , don’t have experience to know that should be accustomed, etc. The consensus of this was “okay I’ll just wait for you to communicate back to me in 5 days on what is the status of my package that got delivered.” Chances are I will have to follow up in 7 days as that’s what happened last time — multiple residents have just started shipping their items elsewhere. Even with the management being poor I would live here but it’s just with the amount you’re paying you would assume they care more about your clientele since it’s more $$ but I digress.
