great experience with the leasing and maintenance people, love the look and feel of the place, but the build is not the highest quality and I think will degrade quickly. clubhouse and amenities are nice, and I enjoy walking around the complex.
What did you like most?
nice pool, nice finishes and interior, quiet area, clean and nice to walk around outside. good use of space for storage. small but feels large. very responsive maintenance.
What did you like least?
cheaply constructed, we've had problems with the AC involving a blockage in the condensation drain. the dishwasher was installed with the tiniest, cheapest little screws which promptly fell out. all the concrete pads at the drain pipes are installed backwards so rainwater is causing erosion in the landscaping already.
