Parking is a no go- I would tell people not to move in here until they figured it out. I knew it would be hard for friends to come here- but I had no idea I would be struggling EVERY DAY to find a spot- it's stressful. I would say I love the apartment, love running to the stadium- I just again wouldn't have moved in if I would have known about the parking situation and lack of community efforts on the management side of things.
What did you like most?
I love the unit, it's beautiful, tons of windows, I love living downtown! I feel safe! I love the Goat- the staff is great, the food is lovely, it's fun having the goat in the building.
What did you like least?
PARKING! They lied about parking, for sure. Saying "it's first come first serve" means everyone has a spot, its just not assigned. They're about 100 spots short, so everytime I come home from work it's a fight to find parking. I've parked in random alley's- not safe. It's so disappointing. They also airbnb out units which I don't love. And they sold this place as having a "communial work space" but it's not- it's where the office people work- so why woudl we go work there? Management is very disappointing, they don't even try to create a community- they've done nothing in the 6 weeks I've lived here, they have community in their name and they don't. foster that at all. Love love love the building and location- just wish the management would up their game a bit.
