I really enjoy living at Broadstone SoBro. If there’s an issue in my apartment, I’ll speak or create a management ticket and the management team is here in no time fixing what needs to be done.
What did you like most?
I’m in a wheelchair so having an ADA apartment was very important! Having a garage parking is helpful as well.
What did you like least?
Closest grocery store is 3 miles. Noise isn’t bad.

The manager of the complex is very short, passive aggressive. They are very strict rules, the sound of the upstairs neighbor is very loud.
