Frequently Asked Questions

Connecting with a local Chicago apartment expert is the best & fastest way to find apartments in Chicago. You'll get access to all the current rent specials in Chicago, get a custom list of recommended buildings (some of which you might not even know about), and sign your next lease with confidence.
Apartment policies regarding AirBnB change frequently, so for the most accurate list, we recommend reaching out to one of our Locators for the most up-to-date information.
It is best to start looking for apartments in Chicago 10 weeks before your move-in date. 10 weeks will allow you to see all of the inventory available, and also give you plenty of time to tour units and consider your options.
Apartment listing websites can be great for preliminary research, but working with a Locator allows you to ask questions, get personalized suggestions, find buildings you might not have found on your own, find the best rent discounts, and ultimately sign a lease in a place that you love with zero stress and absolute confidence.

Fine but plenty of room for improvement; future development on Randolph will bring more and closer dining/nightlife options. Need more conveniences (markets, quick serve restaurants, coffee shops, retail, etc.). Mgmt team leaves much to be desired, but is improving. Rent is also quite favorable for the West Loop. Whoever is coordinating the retail space leasing for the area does a terrible job of balancing it out; there are 6+ gyms in a one block radius, and 3 child care facilities. Finding a sandwich a good cup of coffee or getting groceries requires almost a half mile walk.
What did you like most?
Great in the summer--Randolph Street/Fulton Restaurants, Rooftop deck is great as well.
What did you like least?
Area has a lot of filling in to do.

Overall it's been good. The biggest problem is that the walls are thin. The building is far from the train and management can be annoying but otherwise no major complaints.
