Good experience. Moved in Sept. 2010, moved out Aug. 2014 and moved back to the same building and apartment June 2015. Rent from a private owner includes parking space. Public transportation readily available - Red, green and orange lines and Buses. Trader Joe's, Jewel and Target nearby.

What did you like most?

Price because of the location and it includes a parking space and basic cable, internet and gas.

What did you like least?

Management office is difficult.

Positive but this is based on limited data.

What did you like most?

Surrounding area is a bit quiet / reserved but still very much south loop. Extremely convenient, close (< 2 min walk) to grocery stores and public transit. Excellent cable package included free in rent..

What did you like least?

Internet comes from sketchy third-party provider called HiPoint, their prices are really high for low quality internet, although the base package is free. No issues with them yet but this is my biggest concern - since they have a monopoly I doubt they will be very responsive.

The experience was good. The building management was not always helpful, however our individual landlord was very accessible. Rent could not be paid via credit card. The neighborhood is laid-back and friendly, with a lot of young families. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants, some bars nearby however not the biggest scene for nightlife.

No frills, no drama, easy.

It was a great convenient location but the neighborhood itself was a little dull compared to other options in Chicago

What did you like most?

Convenient location to grocery, public transport

What did you like least?

Boring neighborhood
