Great for someone in their mid-20's, love the neighborhood and the building patio. Very fun area.
What did you like most?
The gym and patio were selling points for me.
What did you like least?
The door buzzer system is extremely difficult, still haven't figured it out. Elevators seem old/slow but living on the 2nd floor makes it a non-issue.

Nice size rooms, but you over pay for it. Always a competition for the washer/dryers. Decent workout area, but gets crowded at peak times. VERY hot in the winter because you can't control the heat. Security is not always around at night. Neighborhood has awesome restaurants and bars- all walking distance. Fairly safe area.
What did you like most?
The access to the good restaurants and bars. Nice size units with open layout.
What did you like least?
Cannot control heat. Rent is more than the value the apartment provides. Always have to wait for washer and dryers and usually only half work. One elevator goes out once a month. You can pay rent with credit card but you have to pay the credit card fee.

Not bad. Can't hear people so I assume they can't hear me. Nice fixtures. Nice view. Friendly people.
