Overal experience was positive. Best part was the amenities. Also the building is pretty top notch when it came to things like dry cleaning and package service etc
What did you like most?
The amenities are definitely the best part of this building. The gym is massive and brand new and the pool deck and grill area in the summer is also super big and nice. Apartments are new and the fixtures are pretty good quality. Floor to ceiling windows are great.
What did you like least?
The area immediately surrounding the building is sketch. Division and LaSalle is a very weird intersection at night. There are a lot of homeless drunk people hanging out on the corner. Fortunately the staff does a pretty good job making sure these people don’t bother any of the residents. The layout of the units are bad. Space is wasted with hallways, overly large bathrooms that don’t make sense, and support columns in really awkward places. Also the balconies are tiny and inset (don’t stick out from the building but take up space that would otherwise be inside the apartment) which doesn’t make sense from a design perspective. Also the bedrooms are very small- so small you can barely have enough room for a bed.

Beautiful building with great staff, but I feel the units have some downfalls, especially with appliances. In addition to the above, upon move in I had an active water leak under kitchen sink and a few areas that had not been cleaned properly. Track lighting is a little outdated and makes a buzzing sound when on. Other lights are so dim they might as well not be there. Doesn't feel like I'm getting my money's worth for a high-rise luxury building.
What did you like most?
Great windows, nicely maintained lobby, common spaces, hall ways, etc. Good package system, secure building.
What did you like least?
Outdated appliances for the type of building. Dishwasher is poor performing, does not dry well, no delay start function. Fridge does not have water dispenser inside. Washer sometimes leaves residue on clothes, lot of lint being generated from agressive agitator, seeing color transfer. Poor water pressure on kitchen sink. Feel like there could be more kitchen/bathroom storage.

Overall, very positive. Great staff, excellent amenities, luxury experience. They also have tons of events with good food and drinks and it's a social/communal feel. To recapitulate, the views are excellent!
What did you like most?
Floor to ceiling windows and the views. The apartment feels airy and spacious beyond the square footage. The doormen are also fantastic (particularly Andrew & Ian).
What did you like least?
Closets are a bit small and the garbage chutes are too narrow.
