Great Experience. Loved the building. Dog friendly with big lawn in front and great view of the lake.
What did you like most?
The doormen were very nice and a convenience store downstairs.
What did you like least?
Gym not included and elevators were being renovated so long wait times on this 48 floor building.

Enjoyable - very nice place in a good location - rather far North, but the price is low enough in order for me to still have a nice apartment by myself Gym is great but a little pricey, and there is an awesome convenient store/deli in the building Great building, and no foreseeable plans to move out

Elevators, long waits because they are upgrading some of them so they are on different signals, etc.

Well constructed, well located building with great staff. Excellent amenities and very dog friendly.
