Love the west loop neighborhood. Building is conveniently located to everything I need. My rent is very fair for the area I live.
What did you like most?
Price - I pay $1700 with heated garage parking and heat included. I also have a 300 sq foot patio.
What did you like least?
Wish gym had more equipment.

Quiet building, mostly owner-occupied, great staff. We rent from an owner so can't speak for everyone's rental experience.

West Loop Gate is located between The Loop and West Loop, just east of the I-90/94 Highways. It’s a transit-oriented neighborhood and is considered a transportation hub for downtown Chicago. It’s also extremely walkable and bikeable, meaning a car is not necessary.
