It's a nice area, really nice new building. Units are a tad small compared to some other neighborhoods. We are in an average two bedroom with 1100 square feet, which feels a little small for a two-bedroom. Views are great, we have a SE view over the lake and down to the Shedd. Neighborhood is nice, definitely a mix with some Booth students and young professionals, and some families. Seems a little transient but lots of neighborhoods in the city can feel that way. Most of my input would apply to the building next door too, 420 E Waterside Dr. (the Regatta). My husband and I lived there for two years, then moved here and will be here for two years. We plan on moving next summer to try a new neighborhood, likely somewhere in the West Loop.
What did you like most?
Safety, and how nice the building and neighborhood is. Mariano's very close by and really nice park area. Everything is well-maintained. I feel safe even walking home from class at 9 pm. And my husband travels for work a lot, I feel safe here.

"It's hard to get to public transportation, it's a 15 min or so walk to the L. There's not a lot around here. It's nice because it's quiet and secluded a bit, but we end up walking or getting an Uber just about everywhere. Ubers cannot find our building!! They always make wrong turns. Also, we get a good amount of traffic noise from Lake Shore Drive. In our last building (the Regatta) we got a lot of traffic noise from Wacker Drive because we had a unit that faced North. Just a note, I rated our Cable and Wf-Fi as good rather than excellent because we switched to RCN recently and every now and then there's issues with the cable, just minor issues with the picture freezing temporarily.

I massively enjoyed living at this building: nice neighborhood, close proximity to all the necessary amenities, secure, clean and convenient to commute to the Business School.
What did you like most?
I think people - they have the biggest impact on the experience each dweller has during the time he/she stays at the building.
