The building is owned by a larger property management company that owns MANY other buildings in the neighborhood. It can therefore be difficult to feel like staff are responsive to your personal requests/needs, and often good suggested improvements are shot down because of all the red tape required for any new changes. However, the staff that work in the building are wonderful and bring that personal smile and assistance to the place. They are also very responsive to maintenance requests, etc.
What did you like most?
The location is ideal for accessing transit to downtown. The facilities are nice, with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom that actually match each other. Views on the north and east sides of the building can be seen from most floors and reach the lake and/or downtown skyline.
What did you like least?
Walls are thin, meaning sound from the hallways/neighboring rooms can travel easily. The property management company was not very receptive to resident suggestions for improvement.
