Residents of South Loop can be found dining outside at a cafe or taking advantage of their building’s ample amenities on weeknights. The weekends in South Loop are spent walking to Shedd Aquarium or Adler planetarium for whimsical exploration. Or, using the money saved on rent to attend Lollapalooza or go shopping downtown.
Because South Loop is mostly residential, the nightlife options here are slim to none. Most people head downtown for their entertainment, which makes this neighborhood a quiet place to settle down.
