I really do love this building. It's close to the lake, restaurants, trader joes and a ton more. The building management isn't always available but there's a 24/7 concierge that I always get ahold of if I need. There's small fitness area, laundry in building, dry cleaning in building, community herb garden, community desk space and a parking garage. The building is updated, modern and very clean.
What did you like most?
I like the ability to use the communal deck for parties and BBQs.
What did you like least?
The management is not very responsive.

Very positive - it's clean, spacious, trendy, maintenance is quick and managed online, there's plenty of patio space, an herb garden, gym, community events, athletic programs (including free IM sports!!), friendly tenants, thick walls (quiet), and most importantly, I feel very safe. The only inconvenience so far has been that the laundry machines can be unreliable at times. What do you like most: I feel very safe.What do you like least: Laundry services can be unreliable
