Management is rough. Great location and brand new building.

Brand new building, floor plans are smart, well insulated, parking available, lots of kids and dogs, management responds quickly when it benefits them or affects more than just one unit (hot water/a.c. is out in multiple units, questions regarding payment), but not when it is individual (questions regarding window coverings/screens that are missing)

What did you like most?

The space is well laid out, 600 square feet feels as big as our old 1,000 sq ft apartment. Finishes are all beautiful, in- unit washing machine, access to f grills and rooftop deck

What did you like least?

Finishes are cheap (shelves broken in a few months), landlord just ignores emails sometimes, rent payment with debit card has high fees (2.5% of $1500+ rent?)

Brand new building and community, with decent amenities (gym, rooftop deck w/ TV, grills, and a nice party room). Ravenswood neighborhood is quiet with not a ton of nightlife and dining options, but it is close to Andersonville, North Center and Lincoln Square which have tons of options.

What did you like most?

It is a 30 second walk from Mariano's and LA Fitness.

What did you like least?

The finishes look nice but aren't the highest quality, and my building was put up under a tight deadline and it shows in certain areas.
