First off, this is a condo building & I own my place.. -Low amenities building (so HOA is reasonably low) -Very convenient location - right off interstate, close to CTA & union station; great grocery store options nearby & lots of restaurants (close to Randolph restaurant row & Greektown) -Wish the building offered more amenities, but the units are good

Very spacious unit; best value in terms of space for $ spent

No gym, no storage
