Park Millennium (2002) is a full-amenity condo building in the New East Side.
What Occupants Love
Building staff that go above and beyond. Friendly and helpful landlords. Residents complimented the building’s affordable pricing compared to nearby options and its library as a great place to work/study.
What Occupants Love Less
Limited nightlife and late night dining options. Outdated gym offerings. Some residents feel the units could use nicer finishings.

Absolutely loved living here. The views, the people, the neighborhood, the location. All A+. You can still get a community feel here too despite being in such a touristy/hotel-filled area. Just east is a nice park, a Mariano's, and there's access to the pedway from within the building (a HUGE plus during the winter). What did you like: The front desk staff were the most amazing staff I've ever had the pleasure to know. The building was always clean, maintenance was friendly and very efficient. What did you like less: I literally have no complaints except that I had to leave Park Millennium for a new job in a different city. Otherwise I'd still be there.
Great Unit, building has good amenities. Management policies need improvement. What do you like most: My unit is self sufficient as it has all the appliances, a washer dryer and also a balcony. What do you like least: The management has different rules for renters vs owners such as renters cannot keep pets or sublease whereas owners are allowed pets.
Excellent except the fact that the gym is a bit too small and pool is a bit dirty. But it is indoor pool and I can use it even during the winter.
