Great building, amazing management, spectacular location.
What did you like most?
Location, cost, people, rooftop. I've lived here for 4 years and the place is just fantastic.
What did you like least?
Heating/cooling - radiators in room that you have little to no control over and window A/C units in the summer that you have to pay to rent or bring your own. Closet space is lacking.

Within the Gold Coast neighborhood, you’ll find a blend of residences, restaurants, shopping, convenient access to Lake Michigan, and boisterous nightlife. Which makes it one of the more unique Chicago neighborhoods.

Gold Coast Chicago housing options are mostly high rises, both old and new, that almost always have spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Despite high prices, there are good deals to be found in older buildings that have been well-kept.

On weekdays tourists and residents frequent the area’s quaint parks, high-end shops, and restaurants. On weeknights, the area offers some of the best socializing and people-watching in the city. After hours, Division Street becomes a hub for those who don’t want the party to stop.
