We've had a great time in the building so far. Great location, nice people, helpful doormen/women. Things are fairly new and well maintained. No complaints and would highly recommend if there are units available for rent.
What did you like most?
Location, location. Right by public transit/ easy to get taxis/uber, close to restaurants and bars without being super busy all the time. Under 15 minute walks to Old town, West Loop, River North, Michigan ave., the beach.
What did you like least?
The communal deck area could be much improved. Not really functional in its current state for parties/ gatherings.
