It has been a great experience here. Sometimes you do feel nickel and dimed by the ownership group, when you should not for the premium price you are paying.
What did you like most?
The amenities are top quality and the units are very nice. The building staff, front desk and maintenance are great people.
What did you like least?
Surrounding noise and construction on tower two. The open hotel aspect of OTP has created a lot of inconvenience for the residents. Some of the elements of the units feel cheap for what you are paying, like the faucets and showers, as well as some of the unit lining under the kitchen tops.

What did you like least?
Theres only ONE thing that I wish I knew, they dont give a key out to your gaurentour or an extra key even if you pay for it. ONE KEY ONLY no exceptions in the world. I have a few disabilities annd my dads name is on the lease and for no expection will they give him a key even though i have lived at 4 other buildings and it has never been a problem.
