Nice and safe neighborhood. Building maybe be old but very well maintained and management is very responsive. Doormen remember my name and are very friendly. Worth every penny.
I really like the building, but they are raising rent more than surrounding buildings, many of which are actually nicer.
We are very satisfied with our experience especially given that we moved from NY.
