Definitely the best place in the city for the price. I won't be moving any time soon. All of the downsides of this apartment are worth it for the price.
What did you like most?
Low rent cost. Great view of downtown (for the south half of the building).
What did you like least?
Elevators break often. Communal areas and lobby not well air-conditioned. Building exterior and interior incredibly plain.
