1040 West Adams Street is a new construction (2006), full-amenity condo apartment building in West Loop.
What Occupants Love
Expansive and tasty dining options. Great nightlife options. Well maintained. Residents enjoy living in West Loop. Excellent shower pressure and internet/Wi-Fi connectivity.
What Occupants Love Less
No pool. One resident believes the in-unit lighting could improve.
Nearby No. Ten Lofts Chicago
The building was a great place to live in terms of floor plan, neighborhood, value, etc. The doormen besides two people on staff were poor. The two were great. What did you like: The beautiful columns and beams in the 12 foot ceilings. The entire loft look really. The neighborhood. What did you like less: Doormen.
Great experience terrible internet options/costs. (Building was tricked into a bad contract with AT&T for 5 years at the cost/speed of what internet used to be when contract negotiations began.)
Comfortable, everything we need. Would be excellent if it had a pool.
