I own this unit. I love it! The building is not perfect, but overall it really suits my needs. And the neighborhood has really improved since I moved in.

wish i had central heat/ ac instead of a super noisy HVAC, also, I can't stand my neighbor that lives in one of the units above me that throws her nasty cigarettes on my terrace - so rude!
