1250 South Indiana Avenue is a new construction (2005) condo building in South Loop.
What Occupants Love
Updated amenities. Well maintained common areas. Spacious and well-laid out units. Adjoined parking spots.
What Occupants Love Less
Limited nearby nightlife options. In-unit temperature can get a bit too hot or cold. Traffic due to close proximity to Soldier Field and Lake Shore Drive.
Nearby Lakeside on the Park
Great. The South Loop is a diverse and growing Chicago area that doesn't fit into any of your drop down categories. I live near the Museum Campus/Soldier Field so it can be touristy, but there are pockets of culture and the population is extremely diverse (college kids, strollers and brunch, quiet to name some of your categories). I rent from a condo owner and the building is quiet, clean and residents are friendly(yet keep to themselves). What do you like most: I live in the S. Loop because of the new apartments and the proximity to the lake/ running paths. I like how updated my apartment is and how we have an east facing balcony (views of Grant/Millennium Park and Lake Michigan). What do you like least: My apartment is new but somewhat small for two people. The outdoor space and neighborhood easily make up for it.
I love living here. Quite location but convenient and easy to get around because we are near the Roosevelt train stop. Can always get an uber/cab quickly as well. What did you like: I love the view from the gym! It actually made me start working out!
Great would recommend the South Loop to anyone moving to Chicago. What did you like: Great Location. Value for the price. 1 bedroom plus den/office. 1 1/2 bath. Great kitchen. Lake facing view. What did you like less: Not quite enough room for a formal dining table.
