Very easy. Well taken care of. Average age seems to be much older than us at mid-30's. This makes very for a very quiet and safe building, but at times we could use a bit more lively experience. We have a 2.5 year old so more families with young kids would be a plus. What do you like most: Amenities, indoor pool is a life saver for having a kid in the winter. Proximity to Navy Pier, though touristy, is also a life saver for a kid in base weather, specifically Children's Museum. What do you like least: A bit too quiet

Excelent - it has been one of Chicago's top rated buildings for over 50 years and still maintains that quality.

What did you like most?

Private outdoor 3 acre park with pool, point, lawn, and grill area. Also the indoor fitness center and indoor lap pool.

What did you like least?

Overall the residents are fairly old, but the demographics are shifting toward the younger side.

Neighborhood

Streeterville is a lively neighborhood on the shores of Lake Michigan. It combines tourism, residential living, and culture, unlike any other Chicago neighborhood. Every day, thousands of tourists flock to Navy Pier, the Magnificent Mile, and the Museum of Contemporary Art to experience some of Chicago’s most iconic attractions. Northwestern’s Chicago campus and Memorial Hospital contribute to Streeterville’s cultural presence.

Residents typically live in high-rise condos or multi-unit apartments where they can enjoy beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby dining and nightlife options. With many lush parks in the neighborhood and Gold Coast to the North, residents have ample space to take dogs for weekend walks.

Commuting via Lake Shore Drive is supremely convenient for Streeterville residents as long as you have a car or can walk to the red line or Michigan Ave buses. Depending on your location within the neighborhood, access to other highways, public transportation, and The Loop can be limited. If you'd like to have easier access to the Loop, check out New East Side.

Streeterville is home to some of Chicago’s best restaurants, bars, and clubs. Although there are plenty of nightlife options, Streeterville is not considered the nightlife capital of Chicago. People often head to other neighborhoods to take part in a more lively nightlife scene.
