Harbor Point is a high-rise condo in a prime location. Our apt on the 30th floor had views of the harbor and the city skyline. We were within walking distance to public transportation, Millennium and Grant parks, and Magnificent Mile. The building is an older building but most units have been remodeled and updated. Most tenets are older, retired couples and working families. Not a lot of college/university students.
