Green Street Lofts Chicago is a condo building (1978) in the West Loop.
What Occupants Love
The building was originally an old box factory, spacious and beautiful units, excellent selection of nearby restaurants.
What Occupants Love Less
Temperature control could be better, nightlife options could be more expansive
Nearby Green Street Lofts
Wonderful we love that we bought since rent is a very competitive market.
The building is great. It is called Green Street Lofts because it is truly a loft building that was converted from an old box factory. The units are all spacious and aesthetically pleasing, with hard wood floors, exposed brick, and sturdy wooden beams in the ceiling. I also like living in the West Loop/Greek Town area, with excellent restaurants nearby. Please note that all of the units in the building are owned by individuals, and most of the units are used by the owners themselves and not rented out, so units are seldom available for rent.
What did you like most?
I like the look of the apartment and our landlord.
What did you like least?
Sometimes I wish I had a separate bedroom, instead of just a big open space behind the fireplace.
