Overall positive experience, no major complaints. Living in a unit that is owned by an individual in a condo has its benefits as they’re super responsive to any maintenance issues and overall upkeep of the building is good

Within the Gold Coast neighborhood, you’ll find a blend of residences, restaurants, shopping, convenient access to Lake Michigan, and boisterous nightlife. Which makes it one of the more unique Chicago neighborhoods.

Gold Coast Chicago housing options are mostly high rises, both old and new, that almost always have spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Despite high prices, there are good deals to be found in older buildings that have been well-kept.
