The only thing you’re paying for are the views in my opinion. Good experience but after the first lease I didn’t renew I didn’t think the price warranted the other “benefits”

I'm amazed at how quiet things are considering I moved in during the stay-at-home orders, I've never heard a neighbor (maybe I don't have any?). The units are beautiful and the giant windows mean there is tons of natural light. Front desk staff is always so friendly and having a convenience store literally right downstairs is a game-changer. If things stay this way I won't be leaving any time soon!
What did you like most?
Very quiet, units are beautiful, all appliances work as expected, convenience store is right downstairs.
What did you like least?
If the windows are open you can hear police/fire sirens since we're on a major road, but it has never woken me up at night so can't complain.

I love living here, and my comments about what I like least are meant to be nit-picky and highlight things I did not notice during my tour. Nowhere is perfect and I would say the good outweighs the bad here. The space is truly wonderful, the people who live and work here are kind, the gym is never very crowded - though it is rather small - there's great food, bars and shopping within a few blocks, easy access to the Red and Brown L lines, and gorgeous skyline views. I will most likely be renewing my lease here.
What did you like most?
The space is beautiful, good size balconies, floor to ceiling windows are wonderful, plenty of outlets, big kitchen, very kind and responsive management and maintenance.
What did you like least?
If people are speaking loudly in the hallway, you can hear them in your living room - but not in the bedroom with the door closed. The A/C is not the best in the bedroom, more air gets pushed into the living room so it can get warm with the door closed. The rooftop furniture needs updated. The cell service is not great, and neither is the internet. The door people are very kind, but sometimes too kind that I feel the security is not great. There is no disposal in the kitchen sink. There are no overhead lights in the living or bed rooms - I think this is normal in most Chicago high-rises, but something I overlooked during my tour because of all of the natural light coming in from the windows.
